We the People 2020 strongly endorse Wesley because well let him say it…

Wesley Hunt is ready to defend our values from Nancy Pelosi and the Washington liberals.  Hunt graduated from West Point, served in the United States Army, deployed to combat zones, and flew Apache helicopters over Iraq. Wesley Hunt has proven he will fight for our great country and our way of life in Texas’s 7th Congressional District.

When searching for his picture we found one of his that said, “Texas is our Home…Defend It”…and we know that's how he feels about the rest of the country he fought in combat to defend.

As far as the issues go he's all about Making America Great Again and right away calls out the fake scam called “The Green New Deal”. This is especially important in his district and Houston which is the one of the energy hubs of the country. He knows we overspend and we're spending away our Children's future(which has been done by Progressives/globalists on purpose to ruin the country). Wesley is going to fight the waste of our tax dollars in Washington. He states that after Obamacare, premiums went up 48% and knows the only solution is to get back to the free-market American style healthcare system. He's ready to join the team in Congress working on making sure Gulf areas including Houston get all the funding needed to fortify against the next Hurricane and storm surge. As far as illegal immigration goes he doesn't feel it's right to have a porous border when people are respecting our laws and going through the process to come here legally. He knows the only solution is a wall and increased border security to ensure law and order in this country.

This is a great American and Texas and the rest of the country is lucky to have him running to represent the 7th District of Texas. PLEASE VOTE HIM TO WASHINGTON ASAP PLEASE!

Meet The Candidate

Wesley Hunt was born and raised in Houston, TX in a military family and is a proud alumnus of St. John’s School. Upon graduation from St. John’s, Wesley accepted an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point. In 2004, he received his commission in the U.S. Army and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Management with a Field of Study in Mechanical Engineering. After West Point, Wesley spent eight years in the Army as an Aviation Branch Officer and AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopter pilot. Wesley’s service included one combat deployment to Iraq, and two deployments to Saudi Arabia where he served as a Diplomatic Liaison Officer. While in Saudi Arabia, Wesley served as a liaison officer representing the U.S. Government in missions involving the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Corps.

Upon completion of his military service and honorable discharge as a Captain, Wesley attended Cornell University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (M.I.L.R.).

Changing Washington won’t be easy, but graduating from West Point and serving in the United States Army, being deployed to combat zones, and flying Apache helicopters over Iraq has prepared me for tough fights and big challenges. I truly believe nothing is more worth fighting for than our great country and our way of life in the Houston area.
Wesley is a lifelong conservative and is an active member of the community who has dedicated his time in military service and volunteer work to protect our country and improve the Houston area. Wesley is active in many organizations in the Houston area. He serves on the board of trustees for the Harris County Center for Mental Health and is a board member of the Greater Houston Pachyderm Club. Wesley is on the board of trustees at St. John’s School and has served as a mentor to youth in the community both at MacCormick Juvenile Detention Center and Big Brothers Big Sisters in Austin, TX.

Wesley moved back to Houston upon completion of his master’s programs and currently works in real estate. He and his wife Emily welcomed their first child, Victoria, in February.
